J&B Production Arts Services is a full service Theatrical Production Company located in Youngstown, Ohio.  We are unique in that we are equally at home working on the professional Equity level as well as on the Community Theatre and educational theatre level.  We offer services which range from producing, directing, stage management, and lighting design all the way through prop rental, script licensing, and exhibit rental.  We even offer theatrical tape, such as glow tape and gaffer tape for purchase.

Founded and operated by J.E.Ballantyne, Jr., J&B Production Arts Services, has been in business since the early 1990's but the background for the company goes back many years before that.  As the owner of J&B Production Arts Services, John Ballantyne has a wealth of theater experience.  The year 2011 marks his 48th year in theater.  Those years have spanned both professional productions and community theater productions.  Having worked with The Kenley Players, The Civic Light Opera of Pittsburgh and many stage managing stints with well knowns like Paul Anka, Jerry Vale, Barbara Eden, George Carlin, Bill Cosby, Bobby Vinton, and Ken Barry, Ballantyne has built up a wealth of experience in all phases of theater.  For a complete biography of Mr. Ballantyne, go to the "About Us" page.
